APE assembled a team of teaching artists and collaborators to provide arts instruction and creative enrichment to emerging artists at Hancock Elementary (TK - 5th grade) through the VAPA Foundation's Level Up Program.

During the 6-week program students received daily instruction in visual arts, music, and dance including the following:

APE is dedicated to cultivating and preserving culture through workshops, panels, and community engagements in collaboration with local arts organizations. We are passionate about providing education and resources to support intergenerational teaching, giving individuals the tools they need to connect and create with their communities.
We believe in the power of art to transform and inspire, and we embrace every opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations about culture and society.
